Step 1. Login
to M365 Admin portal using attached link.
admin.cloud.microsoft.com
Step 2. Click on Show All & then on
Exchange.
Step 3. Go to ‘Mailboxes’ and click on the user you
want to convert into shared mailbox
Step 4. Click on the convert to shared mailbox at the top or open the
user details – Click on Others & then click on convert to shared mailbox
Step 5. To give access of that shared mailbox to someone, click on ‘Delegation’
option,
available access - send as, send on behalf and read and manage (full access).
Click on edit which access you want to grant.
Step 6. click
on add members.
Step 7. Select member and save.
Step 8. Now open the outlook of whom you have
granted access to.
Click on the Profile at right corner – click on ‘Open another mailbox’.
Step 9. Type the email id of that user to access the shared mailbox.
