User Guide for Email id setup in outlook.

Step 1: Open Outlook Application

  • Launch the Outlook application on your system.
  • Click on the File option located at the top-left corner.

 

 

Step 2: Add Account

  • In the File menu, click on Add Account.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter Email Address

  • In the setup window, enter your email ID.
  • Click on Connect to proceed.

 


Step 4: Enter Password

  • Enter your email password when prompted.
  • Click on Sign In.







Step 5: Complete Setup

  • Outlook will automatically configure the account settings.
  • Once completed, you will see a confirmation message.
  • Click on Done.
